Cozy YOGA ON THE ROOFTOP
TUESDAYS | Sunset Park | 6:30-7:30 PM
Fall and Winter are a time for rest and reflection. What is better than meditation on a rooftop looking out on lower manhattan and Lady Liberty herself! Join us at our Sunset Park location as we launch our winter yoga series. Bring your winter dreams and aspirations as you flow through your practice and ebb away that winter wearies. We're so excited to start this journey with you on the farm for Night Time Yoga every other Tuesday at the Sunset Park farm.

Class will begin with a brief centering in breath and space, and gently evolve into an intentional flow of movement and meditation. YOUR INSTRUCTOR
Bailey Sonner (SHE/HER)
Bailey has been practicing and guiding vinyasa flow for a decade, and the farm is one of her all time favorite places to practice. Her flows offer personal exploration and individuality, allowing for each yogi to tailor the experience to whatever is serving them that day. All skill sets and physical abilities are welcome and encouraged to join. Meditation and pranayama are deeply important to the yoga experience, and Bailey loves to share and guide people into their deepest and truest selves, using breathwork as a vessel. She believes nothing is that serious, and silliness and adventure should be a part of yoga as well. The chirping wildlife and the wind in the flowers of the farm serve as a perfect backdrop for this mentality.
