We'll gather for this dinner at our Brooklyn Navy Yard farm.
It's veggie season y'all! We. love. vegetables. (is that a surprise?) and hey, we might be biased, but we think ours are some of the very best. We spend the summer counting the days until our favorite crops are in season: from spicy, flavorful greens to super-sweet, vine-ripened tomatoes, crispy cucurbits, pungent peppers, tangy ground cherries, creamy eggplant, and fragrant basils the list goes on and on and on…
It's time these green bodied babes were given their flowers! Let's celebrate the deliciousness of summer harvest with chef, artist, and dream veg-collaborator Jen Monroe of BadTaste. Join us for an evening on the farm full of innovative and fun plant-focused dining, where these veggies are the star of the show!
Dinner will start with a cocktail hour during which guests can sip on a lovely garden-to-glass cocktail, snack on pickled veggies, and explore the farm while watching the sunset over our stunning Manhattan skyline view. We'll then move on to a family-style, five-course dinner, paired with wine and served down the length of a gorgeous banquet table.
Here's to vegetables! Let's eat and enjoy!!

ABOUT FARM DINNER SERIES:
This dinner series is our way of celebrating our farmers, the talent of our favorite NYC chefs and local makers, and our love for food, community, and environmental sustainability. Growing food is a major part of our operation at Brooklyn Grange but our favorite part of what we do is being able to commune with you on our roofs! We invite you to gather, eat and learn with us at one of our dinners.
