Built in 2021, this intensive green roof produces ___ lbs of produce each season for a portion of the museum’s culinary activities. In collaboration with the Met Museum’s caterers, Bon Appetit, our Design/Build team works to build a crop plan suited for the needs of the museum’s staff and guests.
