Brooklyn Grange’s Design/Build team works in partnership with Smile Farms across several of their campuses. Smile Farms is a non-profit organization creating work and vocational support in agriculture and gardening for adults with developmental disabilities. In addition to installing one of their campuses, our Design/Build team works closely with their staff and gardeners to cultivate their edible garden spaces. Brooklyn Grange also advises Smile Farms on creating value added products, particularly hot sauce, as a means of generating revenue for their programs.
