About The Share:Tivoli Mushrooms was started in 2018 by a chef who has since gathered a team of other former chefs, builders, creatives and an engineer who have come together to put their combined energies into cultivating the highest quality mushrooms. They are a diverse group of people brought together by the love of working with mushrooms. Together they built a mushroom farm in the Hudson River Valley that was specially designed for large scale mushroom farming. All of their production is in-house and every week you will receive a rotating variety of half pound mushroom shares including Oyster, King Trumpet, Lion’s Mane, Chestnut, Maitake and Black Pearl.
