About The Share: Chaseholm Farm Creamery is a multi-generational farm just outside Pine Plains, NY. Made in small batches, this is a rich, whole-milk yogurt with a naturally occurring layer of cream that rises to the top of each container—give it a stir or enjoy it as is. Depending on the season and how much fresh grass the cows are eating, that cream may take on a beautiful golden hue, a visible sign of its nutritional goodness. Each week, CSA members receive one quart of creamy whole-milk or maple yogurt made with care from pasture-raised milk and delivered fresh from Chaseholm Farm. Enjoy it for breakfast or dessert, or get creative: swirl it into soups, dollop it onto curries and stews, or spoon it straight from the jar.
