About The Share: Overlooking Cayuga Lake in New York’s Finger Lakes, Autumn Harvest is a family-run regenerative farm where transparency and integrity guide everything they do. Animals are pasture-raised, free to graze on natural forage, and are never given antibiotics, hormones, or artificial additives. Equal care is given to soil health, ensuring a truly sustainable system from ground to grazing.
Each share is designed to support everyday cooking with a rotating mix of high-quality, thoughtfully raised proteins. Shares will include a variety of pasture-raised chicken, grass-fed beef, and heritage pork, such as bone-in and boneless chicken thighs and breasts, drumsticks and wings, ground beef, sirloin, Denver strip and minute steaks, beef short ribs and kabobs, pork chops, bacon, smoked ham steak, ground pork, and beef patties. You’ll also find a range of sausages and ready-to-cook favorites, including sweet and hot Italian pork sausage, apple maple chicken sausage, breakfast sausage patties, and pork & beef hot dogs.
