At Home CSa

Brooklyn Grange Wants to Deliver to You!

From May through November, your neighborhood farm is hoping to bring the best of the season straight to your doorstep.

Each week, you could receive a share of freshly harvested produce—picked at peak flavor and delivered directly to your home.

This is an introductory delivery program, and we need to hear from you first! If you’re interested, please fill out our short interest form and share it with your neighbors. With enough community support, we can make this urban farm delivery dream a reality.

What Is a CSA?

CSA stands for Community Supported Agriculture—a seasonal membership that connects you directly to your farm.

As a Brooklyn Grange CSA member, you receive a weekly share of vegetables grown on our NYC rooftops and harvested at peak freshness. Your membership supports local urban agriculture while providing a consistent, thoughtfully grown supply of food designed for city living.

This is not a bulk box or a generic grocery replacement—it’s a curated, seasonal experience built around flavor, quality, and intention.

As members of Newlab, you’re building a more sustainable future every day. By joining our CSA program, you extend that impact beyond the workplace—supporting local farmers who are expanding access to high-quality, responsibly grown produce for communities across New York City.

Eat seasonally. Support locally. Grow community.

Home delivery | May - November | 27-weeks | Weekly drop-offs

Brooklyn Grange’s CSA is a direct connection between our rooftop farms and your kitchen, offering members a seasonal share of the food we grow right here in New York City.

Our CSA features a rotating selection of vegetables and herbs grown with care on our rooftops, harvested at peak freshness and shaped by the natural rhythms of the season. Each share reflects what is thriving in the fields at that moment, inviting members to cook creatively, eat more seasonally, and experience the full diversity of what a New York City farm can produce. By joining our Home Delivery CSA, members become part of a living agricultural system, one that supports local farming, strengthens the city’s food ecosystem, and celebrates the beauty of eating food that is grown close to home. It is a simple, meaningful way to stay connected to where your food comes from, to the seasons, and to the community that makes urban farming possible at Brooklyn Grange.

    • Food grown in NYC, for NYC

    • Peak-season produce harvested for flavor—not shelf life

    • A refined, low-effort way to cook seasonally

    • Support for a more equitable and resilient food system

    • A weekly ritual that reconnects you to where your food comes from

  • Fridays mornings , May 15 - November 13th

  • We will deliver your share every Friday, May 15th through November 13th, to your lobby for pick-up

  • Brooklyn Grange’s CSA offers an exceptionally diverse selection of vegetables grown for flavor, texture, and visual beauty. The harvest evolves with the seasons:

    • Spring: artisan lettuces, tender greens, Burgundy broccoli

    • Summer: rare heirloom vegetables like purple carrots and tomatoes

    • Fall: distinctive varieties of beets, radishes, and chicories

    Each share is complemented by:

    • Fragrant culinary herbs such as tarragon, shiso, Thai basil, and lemon basil

    • High-value additions like sunflower, pea shoot, and radish microgreens

    • Edible flowers including nasturtium, borage, and petite marigold

All produce is harvested at peak ripeness to deliver exceptional vitality, freshness, and depth of flavor—often within hours of delivery.

  • If you’re unable to pick up your share, you’re welcome to send a neighbor to pick it up on your behalf. Unfortunately, we’re not able to offer alternate pickup times or replacement shares. If you know you’ll be away, we encourage you to arrange for someone to pick up your share so it doesn’t go to waste.

Optional Add-Ons: Build a Complete Pantry

CSA members can enhance their weekly share with thoughtfully curated add-ons from trusted local partners. These offerings extend the farm-to-table experience beyond produce and allow you to build a complete, restaurant-worthy pantry rooted in the regional food system.

Optional add-ons may include:

  • Artisanal local cheeses and yogurts

  • Pasture-raised meats from the Finger Lakes Region

  • Fresh bread from neighborhood bakeries

  • Farm-raised eggs

  • Small-batch pantry staples

  • Locally roasted coffee

  • Gourmet mushrooms

Every partner is selected for quality, transparency, and craftsmanship held to the same standards as our produce.

Rooftop Reserve Package

The Rooftop Reserve is our most expansive CSA experience - created for members who want a deeper connection to the farm and meaningful engagement with Brooklyn Grange throughout the season.

This is more than a weekly share of vegetables. It’s an invitation into a dedicated community of supporters who believe in the power of urban agriculture and want to participate more fully in the life of the farm. Rooftop Reserve members receive special access to seasonal gatherings, limited-edition farm goods, and opportunities to connect more closely with the farmers and the rooftop spaces where your food is grown.

You’re not just joining a CSA - you’re becoming part of a committed group rooted in flavor, community, and collective care.

What Your Share Makes Possible

A Commitment Beyond Your Share

By choosing the Rooftop Reserve level, you are contributing beyond the cost of your own produce.

Your purchase directly supports our Food Access Program - helping make CSA shares available at accessible price points for neighbors across income levels, while sustaining our farmers and advancing food justice efforts throughout New York City.

This is shared abundance in action.
