About The Share: Great Joy Family Farm is a proudly immigrant- and woman-owned operation. Each week, you’ll receive a rotating selection of handcrafted tofu products, including tofu skin, sweet potato noodles, and medium- to firm-textured tofu cubes, crafted from organically grown, non-GMO soybeans. Rich in protein and essential nutrients, these tofu products are low in calories, cholesterol-free, and a good source of minerals like iron, calcium, and magnesium—making them a nourishing option for vegetarians, vegans, and meat-eaters alike.
Thoughtfully made for both flavor and versatility, this tofu is easy to cook: lightly coat with cornstarch for crispy pan-frying, add to stir-fries or salads, or grill or bake with your favorite sauce. Tofu shares are distributed frozen to extend shelf life at home.
