About The Share: Chaseholm Farm Creamery is a multi-generational, small-batch, artisanal cheese maker just outside Pine Plains, NY. They’re one of the few farmstead operations in the state producing cow’s milk cheese from their own herd, making each wheel of cheese a true reflection of their commitment to sustainable agriculture. Their philosophy is simple: the health of their land, soil, and grasslands directly shapes the quality of their milk, and in turn, the quality of their cheese. With each share, you’ll enjoy a rotating selection of fresh, aged, firm, and soft cheeses, including fan favorites like Farmers Cheese, Red Beard, Stella Vallis, Nimbus, Alpage, and Moonlight Chaource. It’s more than cheese—it’s a product of care, tradition, and respect for the land.
