After a full interior redesign of this seven-story Nolita office, Brooklyn Grange was engaged to insert greenery from the street to the upper terrace. From a backyard refresh, to potted tropicals on every floor, and a seasonal rotation of annuals in the sidewalk tree bed, every space was enriched with plants.

The backyard plant palette drew inspiration from the existing Japanese Maple and original Japanese wall tiles, with additions like Iris ensata and Hakonechloa macra. In spring, delicate but hardy pansies are planted in the tree bed followed by a beautiful mix of summer annuals, including begonias, dahlias, and caladiums.
