We were so excited to snag the team at Greenpoint Fish & Lobster Co. for a Butcher Paper Dinner first, a Clambake!
These guys live and breathe for sustainable seafood and what’s more they get excited about educating their customers. These are the type of fishmongers who will introduce you to new types of seafood and take the time to give you the low-down on the best way to prepare it. With a new storefront right down the road from our farm in Long Island City we were excited to partner with them on their goal of education and engagement with the local community - and what a better way to engage with the local community then with a Butcher Paper Dinner?!
We’ll kick off the night with a chowder shooter. Followed by the classic clambake featuring steamed clams, sausage, new potatoes & coleslaw.
Get ready to meet your new favorite fishmonger and eat a whole lot of clams!
3pm - 4pm: Snacks, drinks, explore the farm
4pm: Dinner is served!
