EVENT DESCRIPTION
We were so excited to snag the team at Greenpoint Fish & Lobster Co. for a Butcher Paper Dinner first, a Clambake!

These guys live and breathe for sustainable seafood and what’s more they get excited about educating their customers. These are the type of fishmongers who will introduce you to new types of seafood and take the time to give you the low-down on the best way to prepare it. With a new storefront right down the road from our farm in Long Island City we were excited to partner with them on their goal of education and engagement with the local community - and what a better way to engage with the local community then with a Butcher Paper Dinner?!

We’ll kick off the night with a chowder shooter. Followed by the classic clambake featuring steamed clams, sausage, new potatoes & coleslaw.

Get ready to meet your new favorite fishmonger and eat a whole lot of clams!

SCHEDULE:
3pm - 4pm: Snacks, drinks, explore the farm
4pm: Dinner is served!

ABOUT BLUE POINT BREWING
Where we’re from, the people are a different breed. New Yorkers want more than the status quo, they want you to skip the bullshit and give it to them straight. Yeah, we’ve got humble beginnings, but that’s just who we are. Hell, our founders tapped Blue Point’s very first keg in a parking lot.

At Blue Point, we brew beer that stands up to New York's standards. We know it’s good, they know it’s good, and if someone disagrees, fuck ‘em. We first and foremost brew beer that we want to drink. If there’s some leftover, we’ll sell it.

ABOUT BOE WINES
Brooklyn Oenology Winery (pron. ‘EN-ology’ or simply ‘BOE’), is a locally-focused winery based in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, founded in 2006 by winemaker Alie Shaper. BOE extends the fundamental idea of terroir, which is essentially a combination of factors that create a wine’s sense of “place,” by incorporating the local agricultural, creative culinary, and art worlds.

ABOUT WHISK ME AWAY CAKES
We're committed to using the global excitement around cakes, pastries, and traditional sweets to blur lines between cultures, races, and religions as we raise awareness around current issues.

ABOUT DJ JAMES MULRY
Born-and-bred New Yorker James Mulry has been DJing bars, nightclubs, and private events in and around the city for over 10 years. Versatile and experienced, James can read any crowd and precisely tailors his selections to match the vibe and energy of any party.
