Chef Ty-Lor Boring is back at Brooklyn Grange for what was one of our favorite meals of all of 2016, Korean BBQ! Get ready for a fusion of farm-fresh ingredients and far-east flavors that will knock your socks off.
When Ty-lor sent over his menu ideas our mouths literally started watering. Chinese duck fresh rolls, Indonesian-Caribbean curry grilled chicken with wild harvested honey, black cardamom braised country pork ribs. I mean come on!
Ty-lor has traveled the world (we’re not exaggerating - 20 countries on 4 continents) and brings his extensive knowledge of culture, flavor profiles, and spice to every dish he creates. He’s just as comfortable creating multi-course tastings at downtown Manhattan eateries as he is manning the grill at a street stall in Thailand. And that’s just how we like ‘em for this dynamic dinner series.
It’s a fitting feast for the most ethnically diverse urban area in the world i.e. Queens, NY.
Add in a DJ, cold beer, NY state wine, and sunset views over the Manhattan skyline and you’ve got yourself one of the most memorable dinners of all time.
3pm - 4pm: Snacks, drinks, explore the farm
4pm: Dinner is served!
ABOUT BRONX BREWERY
We believe in doing one thing and doing it right. We believe that focus, attention, and innovation drive quality. That’s why we’re manically focused on brewing one single style of beer: the pale ale. We love that our beers are complex yet approachable, very flexible, and always balanced.
Summer Done Right: Our Summer Ale is the embodiment of those who don’t need much to make a memory. Brewed with lemon peel to be incredibly crisp and refreshing, it’s for those who know how to do summer right - with good weather, good friends and good beer. Delivered From Above.
ABOUT FOX RUN VINEYARDS
Situated high on Torrey Ridge overlooking one of the deepest parts of Seneca Lake is Fox Run - with fifty-five acres of vineyards producing a remarkable range of fine wines.
Under the dynamic, forward-looking ownership of Scott Osborn, Fox Run is poised to become one of the handful of truly great producers in the Finger Lakes. Scott Osborn is a strong advocate of the place of wine in a healthy life-style, and he appreciates the health benefits of garlic as well. On a culinary level, as the Fox Run Garlic Festival demonstrates, the pairing of good wine and well-prepared flavorful garlic is nothing short of sublime.
ABOUT WHISK ME AWAY CAKES
We're committed to using the global excitement around cakes, pastries, and traditional sweets to blur lines between cultures, races, and religions as we raise awareness around current issues.
