In this two-hour hands on cooking class, Chef Connie Sun will help you unlock the secrets behind making two varieties of traditional Chinese dumpling—one with a spicy filling and a milder variation. Following her guidance, you'll gain all the necessary techniques and tips before grabbing a pair of chopsticks and feasting on your creations.
About Connie Sun
As soon as Connie Sun could hold a pair of chopsticks, the young foodie was in the kitchen learning traditional Chinese cooking techniques from her grandparents—both of whom were chefs. Later, she found her friends constantly begging for these Chinese staples. Realizing she was on to something, Chef Sun opened her own catering company and brought her delectable dumplings to a wider audience.
