Class Description:

Chinese dumplings are like edible treasure chests—thin dough shells encasing minced meat and chopped veggies. In this two-hour hands on cooking class, Chef Connie Sun will help you unlock the secrets behind making two varieties of traditional Chinese dumpling—one with a spicy filling and a milder variation. Following her guidance, you'll gain all the necessary techniques and tips before grabbing a pair of chopsticks and feasting on your creations.

Class will take place on Tuesday, March 26th from 6:30pm - 8:30pm.
