Brooklyn Grange, Flagship Farm in Long Island City

Will Horowitz of Duck’s Eatery will be kicking off the 2017 season with a classic crawfish boil and we are so looking forward to feasting on those tasty crustaceans with all of you!

This chef takes life by the claws; when he's not in the his East Village eatery, he's up in Maine on his permaculture farm or down in Guatemala cooking for someone or another... the breadth of his experience brings unique flavor combinations to his dishes and makes him one of the world's best storytellers.

With a Southeast-Asian-Cajun-influence and a decidedly-DIY vibe, Horowitz is a grower of mushrooms, a smoker of meats, a curer, pickler, fermentor and just generally a man who plays with his food.

Folks better be ready to get dirty, and to have some fun.  This is not a stuffy supper club; this is a Butcher Paper Dinner!
