Brooklyn Grange delivers fresh produce from our farms to restaurants throughout Brooklyn, Queens, and Manhattan. A partnership with restaurants looking to incorporate greenery into their space through herbs, fruits, or vegetables grown in-house or ornamental plantings, came naturally. We work with a wide variety of restaurants with different needs ranging from productive herb boxes, to fragrant plantings, to rooftop farms. In 2012 Brooklyn Grange built a mini farm on the roof of Italian eatery, Rosemary's, on Greenwhich Avenue and West 11th Street in Manhattan. The rooftop vegetable patch mimics our green roof farms in Queens and Brooklyn, and is used by the Rosemary's Chef and kitchen staff to supply fresh vegetable and herbs to the kitchen downstairs. Other clients include Fedora, Eataly's rooftop Birreria, and Meadowstreet.
