Built from 2017-2018, ASH NYC's residential Glassworks building in Bushwick features landscaping, designed and built by the Brooklyn Grange team. Formerly a glass factory, the site has been redeveloped for mixed use, commercial/residential, and has prioritized landscaping in several areas. A cobblestone courtyard is home to several Betula Nigra 'Heritage' trees, and the entryway marquee has been planted out with Liatris Spicata, varied perennial grasses, and overhanging junipers. Outdoor LED lighting installed by Brooklyn Grange enhances the landscaping and hardscaping in the evening. The site is currently maintained by Brooklyn Grange personnel.
