EVENT DESCRIPTION
It doesn’t take a master chef to make great lobster, all it really takes is great lobster and, well, the guys at Luke’s Lobster certainly know where to get the best stuff around. They’ve built longstanding relationships with lobstermen along the coast of Maine to get those sweet lobsters down to the city. Throughout the trek from Maine the lobster meat remains in pristine condition. And since they track it the whole way, we know it's coming from Maine's sustainable fishery, not over-fished waters. The result is a deliciously fresh lobster that allows you to truly taste Maine at its best, with a clean conscience.

Ben Conniff, co-founder of Luke’s and seafood aficionado, will be leading us in our celebration of the king of crustaceans. And because he really knows these bad boys in-and-out he’s prepared a feast that utilizes each part of the lobster to its best potential. Bodies will be used to make stock for gazpacho, tails will be grilled, knuckles & claws will be steamed, and tomalley will be used to make croutons to top our farm-fresh side salad. Literally each and every part of the lobster will make an appearance on our table. Did we mention the tomalley croutons? Oh yeah. Mind blown.

All that to say, they know their stuff and you are in for a treat for this Butcher Paper Dinner Lobster Bonanza!

You'll want to be there.
