EVENT DESCRIPTION
Will Horowitz, the decided star of the Butcher Paper Dinner series, will be rockin’ the crawfish boil again we are so looking forward to feasting on those tasty crustaceans.

Last year when Will said he wanted to take on another boil there wasn't a moment of hesitation on our part. This chef takes life by the claws; when he's not in the his East Village eatery, he's up in Maine on his permaculture farm or down in Guatemala cooking for someone or another... the breadth of his experience brings unique flavor combinations to his dishes and makes him one of the world's best storytellers. With a Southeast-Asian-Cajun-influence and a decidedly-DIY vibe, Horowitz is a grower of mushrooms, a smoker of meats, a curer, pickler, fermenter and just generally a man who plays with his food.

Folks better be ready to get dirty, and to have some fun.  This is not a stuffy supper club; this is a Butcher Paper Dinner!

ABOUT BOE WINES
Brooklyn Oenology Winery (pron. ‘EN-ology’ or simply ‘BOE’), is a locally-focused winery based in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, founded in 2006 by winemaker Alie Shaper. BOE extends the fundamental idea of terroir, which is essentially a combination of factors that create a wine’s sense of “place,” by incorporating the local agricultural, creative culinary, and art worlds.

ABOUT ROCKAWAY BREWING COMPANY
These days, we make all our beer by hand at a brewery in Long Island City, Queens. But before that, we were homebrewing in our Far Rockaway backyards – mainly so we’d have something to sip on after a day of surfing.
The times may have changed, but we still handcraft every batch with the same fresh ingredients. You can snag RBCo all over Brooklyn, Queens, and Manhattan – or swing by our brew house to grab a glass, fill up a growler, tour the place, and jam to some reggae.

ABOUT DJ JAMES MULRY
Born-and-bred New Yorker James Mulry has been DJing bars, nightclubs, and private events in and around the city for over 10 years. Versatile and experienced, James can read any crowd and precisely tailors his selections to match the vibe and energy of any party.

THIS EVENT WILL TAKE PLACE AT THE FLAGSHIP FARM LOCATED IN LONG ISLAND CITY, QUEENS. DETAILED DIRECTIONS CAN BE FOUND BY FOLLOWING THE LINK BELOW.
