Rosemary’s Restaurant

West Village, Manhattan

Brooklyn Grange installed a 1,700 square foot rooftop farm and patio space above the new restaurant, launched by our friends from bobo. Chef Wade Moises has taken the lead in the farming, and is growing radishes, arugula, tomatoes, peppers, ROSEMARY, mint, and much more and it is all featured on Rosemary’s menu.

Brooklyn Grange teamed up with our friend Jacob Ruch of Reason Modern Furniture to design, install, and plant out these environmentally-friendly, stylish planter boxes. They are made of reclaimed redwood from NYC water towers, with no VOC or harmful treatment, and are lined with subirrigation bladders to reduce frequency of watering.

Brooklyn Grange installed and manages a bee hive at bobo in the West Village on 10th St in Manhattan.  The honey is exceptional.  We’re always ready to spread the sweetness, and the bees are always ready to spread their pollination.  We offer setup, maintenance, and honey harvest.
